Hey you guys! So how is everyone doing? I'm doing alright! I wanted to tell you what I have been doing, eating, exercising you know. So Tuesday I had and english muffin, and then a yogurt with some oats in it. For dinner, I had an apple and a banana with a piece of cheese. I know, not the most nutritional and fullfilling dinner however, I felt full afterwards. I also did 50 squats and let me tell you, two days after that my legs are still sore!
Yesterday I had an english muffin, and I didnt eat lunch because I was soo full. For dinner I had an apple and a banana, and when I got home I had a shit ton of cucumber! lol. I was excited that I didnt snack in between and I also drank a lot of water.
I know that it isnt possible but my jeans arent super snug..probably because I didnt have anything salty!
Today, I am going to start on a video I rented from the library. It's called Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown...it looks very interesting and I am anxious to see how it works...I am sure I will be super sore afterwards! Hahaha!
So are you all ready for next Monday????? I am! I am ready to start this with you all and to get healthy! Hopefully more people decide to join on in and feel free to even if you dont on the day we start!

Oh and the awesome @ Missimari101 is working on a bad ass playlist for you to all check out, the one on the blog right now is just temporary and was something I put together quickly. She had taken a lot of time thinking about what to put on it. She also has some ideas for the blog, looks wise. I am also hoping that @ lulu1709 gets to post some things, she is great! Alright, done with my rant!
