Weekend Vacations

Oh, I was bad this weekend.
And now that I look back at all that I did I am mad at myself, again.
You see, weekend vacations are bad because you think "ok, it's only for the weekend and when I get home on Sunday, I will return to my workout and my diet." HA.
Let's see. Friday night I ate a burger from BK on the way to the campground. When I got there, we made hot dogs (I had one) and scalloped potatoes (Yumm but soo bad for you) then I had a s'more (which is essential to any campout).
The next morning I had half of a english muffin (which is different from what I eat at home, I usually have the whole one) with a little peanut butter and a cup of coffee. I go outside, and some of our guests have arrived and have brough..dun dun dun...pizza bread. OH pizza in any shape and form is amazing. The slices were tiny and I had two...maybe three. So that was my brunch! Then by 2 pm im hungry again and I eat a sliver of a sub...ehh not bac but not good... For dinner we went to a winery and so what do you eat with wine? You eat trail bologne and cheese, crackers, avocado dip, and dipping oil with some artisian bread. YIKES. A LOT OF BREAD! So we went to another winery and it was about 10 pm when we got hungry again so my brother (Never trust your brother to pick out something to eat because brothers seem to find the worst for you snack) went and got chips with nacho cheese...ugh oh the cheese. I had a few, trying to limit myself and it worked kind of.
Next morning, half of a english muffin again with my coffee. This time I am determined to eat somewhat healthy. I go to a fair that afternoon and end up getting a clazone for my lunch. BREAD AHHH. For a snack we get almonds. For dinner we eat steak...yumm, and salad..yumm! So all in all that day wasnt bad! We had a smore and some doritos later, which is my addiction. So this morning we get up and Sunday's are always for eggs and sausage and toast. So i grab my coffee, put SOME eggs on a plate and a piece of sausage...I think hmm this is decent. So I eat it and feel pretty good. I skipped the toast and then what do I see next to me? Donuts...I say FUCK and grab one. SHIT SHIT SHIT.

So yes, I ate waaaay too much bad stuff tonight. And I am pretty much almost ashamed for posting this but hey. I did it and maybe now that whoever reads this knows what I did, maybe now I won't do it again.

So what does this mean? It means that tomorrow on the treadmill I will be dying. I am going to run three miles instead of two with fewer breaks and I will eat nothing but healthy stuff.

My question is, what do you do when you go on vacation? How do you control your eating habits? And what advice can you give each other, and me, for next time?

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend and didnt eat as much as me...
