
So here is a question for you, and please feel free to answer! What are you going to do for YOU today? For myself, I am going to eat healthy today and hopefully get in 30 minutes of a work out (Remember looots of sweat ;] ) So far this morning, I had a heart smart light english muffin. Only 100 calories and I had a little bit of all natural peanut butter on top. For lunch I will have that smoothie I was talking about, and don't worry I will let you know how it is! For dinner, possibly a salad? We will see.
