What is your Weakness?

Whether you are overweight or just at a right weight for yourself, everyone has a weakness that they have a hard time to stay away from. It sucks because you do so well for the majority of the day and then you get to that one time in the night/day where you just crave it!
So what do you do to try and ignore it?
I am asking you because personally I need some advice. I have SO many cravings: Peanut butter, chocolate, bread products and I put mayonnaise on every sandwich. Gross? Yea it is when you think about it. And these cravings ALWAYS happen at around 9:30 pm. So what do you do?
My extra weight, and I am sure others are out there too, is coming from what I eat at night. For breakfast I eat a very healthy sensible breakfast, int he afternoon I have my smoothie which is AMAZING by the way, and for dinner I eat salads or whatever my mom makes (shes a health nut)
So I am asking you if you would share your secrets...do you have anything you do when you feel hungry late at night? Any rituals? And what are your weaknesses? Please share, or dont but it would be nice to not feel alone here!

  1. Ohhhh goodness...where to start. Let's see :Peanut Butter, Cookies and Ice Cream..love em..gotta have em! And I ALWAYS have the worst time with eating at night...I do so well all day, but then have class until 9 and come home and pig out. I've found that if I just control myself for one week and avoid my cravings food and set myself to a strict no eating after 8pm goal, that after the one week my cravings have virtually disappeared. At night, if I really need something I go straight for the Yoplait Light & Fit Yogurt...it;s actually filling but not something super heavy that feels awful sitting in my stomach overnight : )

  2. Thank you for the tip!! :) Yes peanut butter is my weakness also and it is unfortunately verrry easy to take a spoonful out! UGH makes me so mad when I give in! lol I will have to make sur I have more yogurts ;)
